Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Beit El Souk. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order under our 30 day gurantee.

🔹 Return Conditions
Items must be in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

🔹 How to Request a Return
Contact Beit El Souk via email at beitelsouk@outlook.com or social media within 30 days.
Provide your order number and reason for return.
Instructions for returning the item will be provided.

🔹 Refunds
Refunds are issued via Cash on Delivery (COD).
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except if you received a damaged or wrong item.

🔹 Exceptions
Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned.
